Prices

Prices includes GST and are Recommended Retail Prices.

Title of Goods

All goods remain the property of Handle House & Things until invoice and any related cost are paid in full.

Returns or Exchanges – Return Policy

Returns of goods will not be accepted unless without prior written authorisation.  Please contact our office. Returned stock may incur a freight fee and a restocking fee of 20% if the order was specially ordered in.  Cost of freight to order in will not be refunded. The shipping costs to return stock back to us is at the customer’s responsibility and expense.

Once products have been received we can either refund or exchange of the original cost of goods, (with less return freight cost /or re-stock fees if applicable).

To receive refunds on returned goods, the items cannot be damaged or installed and must be in its original packaging in new condition.  Please be sure to package the items well to make sure of no damage back to us.

There is no refunds on products that have been misused, abused or rendered because of improper use or installation.  All items must be returned within 30 days of Invoice and must be returned in the original packaging and condition.  Any concerns please contact Handle House.

Delivery Charges 

We currently use the delivery services of Fastways and Australia Post.  Delivery charges are determined by weight, size and location.  

Stock Availability

Delivery of goods will, at any time be subject to stock availability and Handle House & Things will not be liable for any cost due to availability of stock.  We will contact you at the time of order to inform you if we cannot supply a product. 

Payments

We accept credit cards of Visa or Mastercard, or via Direct Bank Deposit.  The fastest way to get your product shipped is by paying with Credit Card.  If by Direct Bank Deposit we do ask for a bank receipt, so we can process your order sooner, as some banks take fewer days to clear.

General Guarantee

Handle House & Things guarantees our products against defects in workmanship or material.  The product will be subject to fair wear and tear.  We are not liable if the products are installed incorrectly because of failure to follow instructions, or improper or lack of maintenance.

Powder Coating / Timber Handles

These orders will take approximately a week to ten days before delivery/pick up.  returns of these special orders may not be accepted unless previously organised with the store.
