Shipping & Returns
We offer refunds on products returned within 30 days of the delivery date with proof of purchase provided. Please note you can’t return sale items, powder coating, special orders or installed products. Please return products with original packaging and make sure all fixings and accessories are included.
Please fill out our returns form before sending your products back and include it in your parcel. Our return address is located at the bottom of the form. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your returns.
Please make sure when you’re returning your parcel, all items are packaged safely and not moving around in their box as we unfortunately cannot refund damaged products.
Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 business days to process your refund. With online orders, your refund will be labelled as pending for approximately 2 business days and can take up to 10 business days for you to receive the refunded amount.
We will refund the amount to your original payment method through our website. Please note we do not refund back freight costs.
Please include a copy of your returns form with your parcel.
If your item is faulty, please email photos/videos of the faulty product and explain why the product is faulty to us at email@example.com If the product has been broken due to installation or is past our 1-year warranty terms, we are not responsible for replacement/refunds.
SALE ITEMS/SPECIAL ORDERS
We do not offer refunds/returns on specially ordered products/sale items. This includes powder coating orders.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If some items are out of stock, please email us to be placed on a backorder notice list so we can notify you once these items are back in stock. An estimated date of arrival will be provided but please note these dates can change due to things out of our control. If there are any drastic changes in the date of arrival, we will either call or email letting you know the newest expected date.
Orders will be processed Monday – Thursday 8:00am AEST – 4:30pm AEST and Friday 8:00am AEST – 1:00pm AEST. Please allow at least 24-48 hours upon payment for tracking information from one of our three freight companies, Australia Post, Aramex, or TNT.
All delivery time frames are based on metropolitan areas but please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Postage is calculated at the checkout stage of purchase. We make sure in selecting the most economical and efficient mode of delivery.
