Christmas Holiday Closure

Handle House will be closed for the Christmas holidays on Friday 19th December and will reopen on Tuesday 13th January.

You’re still welcome to place orders on our website during this period, however all orders will be processed and dispatched once we return.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Thursday from 8:00am to 4:30pm AEST and Fridays from 8:00am to 1:00pm AEST.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy periods or sale events, please allow a little extra time for processing.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–4 business days

Please allow 24–48 hours after payment to receive your tracking information. Orders are shipped via one of our trusted freight partners — Australia Post, Aramex, or TNT. 

Delivery Details

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
All delivery time frames are estimates and apply to metropolitan areas. Regional or remote locations may take slightly longer.
