Please fill out our returns form below and read over our policy before sending your products back.

Please ensure all items are securely packaged and protected during transit, as we cannot refund damaged products.

Returns Policy

Refunds are available for eligible products returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

Items must be:

• In original packaging

• Unused and undamaged

• Returned with all fixings and accessories

Please include your name and order number on the parcel for reference. If this is not included we will be unable to find/refund your order.

We do not accept returns for sale items, powder-coated finishes, special orders, or installed products. Freight costs are also non-refundable.

Refunds are processed at our head office every Friday. Once processed, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to reach the account used on the original purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please email info@handlehouse.com.au with photos or videos and a brief description within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damage from incorrect installation or outside our 3-year warranty is not covered. For more information on this, please visit our warranty page.
